Before You Arrive in Tabanan
The right location, a driver who knows the plan, and a few things for your first evening. Preparing for your arrival at Villa Lux Bali in Tabanan.
A few arrangements made before you travel can make the day of arrival feel much easier. You know who is meeting you, the driver has the right location, and everyone has an idea of what will happen when you reach the villa.
If you are planning a stay at Villa Lux Bali, start with the place name: Pasut Beach, Tibubiu, Kerambitan, Tabanan. Having those details to hand is useful whether you are coming from the airport or moving on from another part of Bali.
Here are a few things to settle before you set off.
Give your driver the villa's location
Tabanan is a regency with many different places to stay. Share the villa's own map pin and full address with your driver, so you are both looking at the same destination.
Villa Lux Bali is at Pantai Pasut, Jalan Raya Pasut, Tibubiu, Kerambitan, Tabanan, Bali 82113. You can find the location link on our contact page. Save it on your phone along with the details of your booking.
If someone else in your group is arranging the car, send them the same information. It saves having to search for an address while you are collecting bags or looking for your driver.
Arrange the journey for your whole group
Before confirming a car, tell the transport provider how many people are coming and how much luggage you expect to have. A group travelling with large suitcases may need a different vehicle from the one suggested by the passenger count alone.
Agree on the pickup point, fare and any planned stops. If you are arriving on a flight, share the flight details and confirm how to find your driver after you come through arrivals. Families who need a child seat should arrange that with the transport provider in advance.
Check the route again on the day and leave some room in your plans for traffic and stops. If you would like help arranging a transfer, ask the villa team beforehand what can be organised and confirm the details and cost.

Keep the villa team informed
Confirm your agreed check-in time before finalising your travel plans. Let the villa team know your expected arrival time and update them if the journey changes.
An evening arrival, a delayed flight or separate arrivals within your group are worth mentioning ahead of time. Keep the contact details from your booking confirmation somewhere easy to find, and make sure the person arranging the journey has them too.
Think about your first meal
After travelling, you may be ready to eat before you are ready to make many more decisions. Decide whether you would like to stop for food on the way, bring a few groceries, or ask about meal arrangements in advance.
Villa Lux has a full kitchen. If you plan to use it, think about a few things for your first evening and breakfast the next day. Check any equipment or food arrangements that matter to your group directly with the villa team.
This is also a good time to discuss dietary requests and ask what can be accommodated. Confirm the arrangements and any charges before relying on them for your arrival day.
A last look before you leave
Before the bags go into the car, check that you have:
- The villa's map pin, full address and booking contact details.
- Your agreed arrival time and the latest update sent to the villa team.
- The driver's contact details, pickup point and vehicle arrangements.
- A plan for your first meal and any groceries you want to bring.
- Water, a charged phone and the small things you will want during the drive.
Once those details are settled, there is less to organise on the way. You can arrive, put your bags down and begin your stay.
For questions about your arrival, use the contact details in your booking confirmation or email the villa team. If you are still choosing your dates, our contact page is also the place to ask about availability for your group.
